                            NEWS

Over the last four years Tim has completed numerous translations of plays and musical theatre pieces from German into English, including 'The Physician', 'Robin Hood', 'Beauty and the Beast', 'William Tell', 'Scrooge', 'Bambi', 'A Touch Of Colour', 'Heidi' and 'Oliver' (among others) for German theatre publishers.  He has also provided on-stage surtitles for a variety of productions at the Deutsches Theater Berlin, the Maxim Gorky Theater Berlin, the Duesseldorfer Schauspielhaus and Theater Basel Switzerland.

As a performer, Tim has recently appeared in the UK tour of 'Dreamboats and Petticoats' and in 'Gypsy' at The Mill At Sonning (which won Best Musical Production of 2023 at the UK Theatre Awards) and is joining the cast of 'Ghost The Musical' for the 2025 UK Tour.

Prior to the pandemic, Tim played the principal role of band leader Mark Minton, and featured as alto saxophone/lead clarinet in the 16-piece on-stage big band in 'The Glenn Miller Story', starring Tommy Steele, at the Coliseum Theatre in London's West End.  This followed on from Tim appearing as Monsignor O'Hara in the highly-successful UK tour of 'Sister Act', starring Alexandra Burke.

Tim also translated and project-managed successful productions of the music theatre piece 'In May', with music by Neil Hannon (The Divine Comedy), in Glasgow, Lancaster and Brighton.   The Divine Comedy's album 'Foreverland' DeLuxe version includes 'In May' as a bonus disc.
